Contacting Your Bridal Hair & Makeup Artist
When you first get in touch with me for your bridal hair and makeup, it’s import you give me as much information in that initial email as possible.
Without fail, I will always come back with questions regarding your big day. These are typically where you are based, where the ceremony is taking place, where you will be prepping, what time your ceremony is, how many people are in your bridal party, is it hair and makeup? Are there time restrictions? Will you need to travel to the venue after the prep?
Here is a brilliant template to start with, when you are contacting me for hair and makeup for the first time. These key bits of information will enable me to get back to you quickly and with the information you need!
Wedding Date
Ceremony Venue
Prep Location
Ceremony Time
Bridal Party Hair, Makeup or Both
Where you are based
Where you found me (Always lovely to know and even more heart points when I’ve been kindly recommended to you!)
I am based in Norwich, with my hair and makeup studio location near the Norwich train station. I offer up bridal trials at my Norwich studio, which is why I will want to know where you are based so we can work out a plan for your bridal trial. However, I travel all over the world working with brides, near and far, so having a good idea of where you are located will help me work out if I will need to travel to assist you on or before your big day.
I will need to know how many people are in your bridal party so I can ensure I will be able to support the entire party within the timeframe allocated or if I will need to bring on a makeup or hair assistant for the day.
I like to draw up a relaxed time plan for your wedding day, so knowing the details of where the venue is and where you are prepping will help me adjust my timings to suit your travel needs, if required.
If you haven’t already booked me for your big day, please get in touch. I am taking final bookings for 2021 and 2022. I look forward to hearing from you!
